(Bloomberg) -- Stellantis NV is recalling almost 1 million vehicles over a software glitch that can disrupt vehicle backup cameras, the latest in a string of issues affecting rearview displays.

The recall affects nearly 850,000 Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge and Ram vehicles in the United States from model years 2026 and 2027, Stellantis said Aug. 17 in a statement. Another roughly 107,000 automobiles outside the United States also are affected by the issue.
