PADUCAH — The Washington Street Community Warming Center held its first volunteer informational meeting of the year on Thursday night. The meeting, held at Washington Street Baptist Church, was a chance for the community to learn more about the different roles they need to fill.
While only two people showed up to the first informational, site director Mattie Morris is hopeful.
