PRINEVILLE — Nerves were high on Senior Night at Crook County for everyone except one person.

During warmups, it looked as if two teams from the same school were preparing for a scrimmage. One team wore purple, the other white. Both teams wore warmup shirts bearing the Silver Rail Elementary School name.

REDMOND — There was a 15-day gap between Mountain View's 42-19 win over Caldera on Oct. 8 and the Cougars' 28-12 victory over Ridgeview on Saturday night.

The Intermountain Conference volleyball season is in the books, and Bend High finished a perfect 12-0 to win its sixth consecutive conference title, dating back to 2021, when the Lava Bears competed in the 6A Mountain Valley Conference.
