Not enough data
Chace’s coverage suggests he is most responsive to timely, local pitches tied to civic life, housing, and neighborhood change in Los Angeles. He seems especially open to stories with a clear public impact, community angle, or policy angle that affects residents directly.
He also appears to cover event-driven pieces, so outreach tied to announcements, launches, public meetings, or breaking local developments may work well. Pitches grounded in on-the-ground consequences, such as housing access, development disputes, utility or safety changes, and local political shifts, are likely to fit best.
Since his focus is local to Los Angeles and California, keep pitches specific to that area.
