Pitching Insights

Dave Baxter focuses on local news within Manitoba, Canada, with a strong emphasis on government announcements and evolving stories related to Indigenous issues, violence against women, and provincial government actions. Pitches should offer expert commentary or unique perspectives on these topics. Sources who can provide insights into the legal policy regulation in Manitoba as it pertains to First Nations communities would likely be of interest to Dave.

Given his coverage's focus on local issues specific to Manitoba, sources with direct knowledge or experiences within the province will likely resonate best with him. This includes individuals working for non-profit organizations focused on Indigenous rights or those involved in addressing violence against women in the region.

Additionally, given Dave’s focus on crime-related themes such as violence against women and girls, experts specializing in criminology or law enforcement could also find opportunities for engagement through providing context around relevant policies and developments within this space.
