The finance ministry of Kosovo said it will hold on September 9 an auction in which it will offer to investors 20 million euro ($23.2 million) worth of Treasury notes with a two-year tenure.

Albania's construction cost index rose by an annual 1.1% in the second quarter of 2026, the statistical office said on Thursday.
