Park Ridge developer Victory Ground is set to appear at tonight's (Tuesday) Park Ridge Planning & Zoning Commission meeting, which will be held at the Park Ridge City Hall at 7 p.m. According to documents submitted to the commission, Victory’s proposal is broadly similar to what went before PZC on June 6. The developer is still proposing to build a five-story boutique hotel and a multi-family home on the east side of Third Street between Touhy Avenue and Garden Street.
