Jessie Balmert's coverage is heavily focused on local government and politics in Ohio, particularly around legislation related to abortion, marijuana, and gun rights. Given this focus, she would likely be interested in hearing from local experts such as legal scholars, policy analysts or representatives of relevant organizations who can provide insights into the potential impacts of legislative changes.
Given her emphasis on legal policy regulation and government announcements at a local level within Ohio, pitches should revolve around individuals or organizations with direct involvement or expertise in state-level political processes and policies. Additionally, those who have specific knowledge about the topics covered - legislation, abortion laws, marijuana regulations etc., are likely to catch her attention.
