EOS Fitness coming to North Point Commons anchor spot

EOS Fitness has signed a long-term lease for a 38,419-square-foot gym at 965 North Point Drive in Alpharetta. The gym will anchor North Point Commons, replacing JoAnn Fabrics, which closed after bankruptcy in 2025. EOS offers cardio and strength equipment, recovery services, group fitness and personal training, with memberships starting at $9.99 a month.
