Pierce made his first start since 2023 with Houston. Saquon Barkley is recovering from a hamstring injury, and Tank Bigsby and Will Shipley are both on injured reserve, which could make Pierce the starter for another week or two. He is likely to be a touchdown-dependent FLEX option in an offense missing several pieces, though he dominated the backfield touches in Week 6.

Smith paced Philly in yards and receptions in Week 6, returning from a two-week absence for a hamstring injury. He has been heavily targeted when on the field, recording 35 targets in his last three games. He also has 50+ yards in every game and has scored twice, giving him a strong floor and weekly upside.

Loop left three points on the board in what was ultimately a three-point loss, though Cleveland missed a field goal as well. His miss was a 49-yarder early in the fourth quarter. He has struggled from that range, with all three misses this season coming between 40 and 49 yards.

For the second time this season, Elliott did not attempt a field goal. This season, he has not been heavily involved, attempting multiple field goals only once in six games. Philly's offense has been unreliable, and Elliott has been afforded few opportunities, with little reason to believe that will change soon.

Szmyt and the Cleveland Browns have been clutch in fourth quarters; his 37-yarder was his second game-winner this season. Szmyt also converted from 48 in the third quarter, scoring seven points in a 13-0 run after falling behind 10-0.

Wicks had a quiet day after his eight-target outing against Jacksonville in London in Week 5. His four targets were more in line with his season average — he has earned 4-5 in four of six games — but he had a season low in yardage. With Jalen Hurts sidelined, Wicks' role could change going forward.

Lemon had a season-high 43 yards in Week 5 but recorded his lowest yardage output since Week 2. With 4.5 yards per target through six games, Lemon has started slowly in his rookie year. With a backup quarterback taking over, the Eagles' offense could continue to struggle.

Fitzgerald is a perfect 11-for-11 on field goals this season — hitting from 47 and 52 yards in Week 6 — but has struggled on PATs. He missed a long point-after following a penalty, and it was his third game with a missed PAT and his fourth total this season, having missed two in Week 5. Special teams was a mixed bag for Carolina.

Goedert has been heavily involved since his return from injury. Over the last two weeks, he has had a combined 17 targets. In Week 5, he had an inefficient 38 yards, but he eclipsed 60 yards for the second time in four games played. With Tanner McKee as the starter for the foreseeable future, their chemistry in Week 6 is notable.

This is how the week trended, with Smith not practicing at all heading into Week 7. Smith had returned after a multi-game hiatus for Week 6, catching a touchdown from quarterback Tanner McKee; now, McKee will be without a key offensive weapon.
