Pitching Insights

Kara Willis' reporting centers around local events and community-related topics, with a particular emphasis on family & relationships, pets, and crime. Given this focus, she would likely be interested in receiving pitches that offer insights into local community initiatives or stories related to pet care, family well-being, and crime prevention efforts within the Houston area.

It's important to tailor pitches to align with her coverage attributes such as event coverage and seasonal themes. For example, providing information about upcoming local events tied to causes like Human Trafficking Awareness Month or National Blood Donor Month could resonate with her audience.

As Kara focuses on local news within Texas (specifically Houston), pitches should reflect an understanding of these regional dynamics for optimal relevance.
