Eastmoor Academy's aging football stadium will soon get a long-awaited makeover after the Columbus City Schools Board of Education approved a $2.5 million renovation project this week. The project will demolish and replace the home and visitor grandstands at Archie Griffin Field, where engineers identified deteriorating concrete, outdated guardrails and significant structural deterioration. Construction means the Warriors won't play home football games on their campus this season.
