Parton leaves behind not only a legacy of iconic music and film, but a bit of heart she gave to virtually every corner of the world. Parton's Dollywood theme park, which brought her birthplace and home state of Tennessee an onslaught of job opportunities and a boosted economy, was just the start of her endeavors to give.

The dancers will perform choreography by Ryan Page, Christopher Ryan, Ellexis Hatch, Dante Lewis Fernandez, Corinne Hidar and Nataniel Alvira. The intimate M.E. Theatre is a suitably intimate stage on which to witness these innovative locals confounding one’s expectations of the body’s limits.

So Anthem downtown is going all-in on this experiment with a drag lunch featuring fearsome local talent Puerto Rican drag artist and RuPaul’s Drag Race competitor Kandy Ho. Local talent includes the ferocious quartet of Mala Mía, Black Magix Royal, Amaya Scandall and Jezy Galore. Shows are at 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m., with a meet-and-greet beforehand. Do some errands before; be errant after; the possibilities are endless.
