An attack on the city of Fort Smith's computer system, first made public on Aug. 16, has yet to be resolved and continues to negatively impact key city services and projects. City officials will not say whether personal and financial data of city residents, employees, or vendors was compromised.

In a filing posted Tuesday (Sept. 8), Fort Smith-based ArcBest reported gains in pricing and tonnage shipped in the first two months of the third quarter. The positive numbers in its ABF Freight business were bolstered by significant revenue gains in its logistics business.
