Pitching Insights

It's clear from Paul Hess' article titles and coverage attributes that he focuses on local crime, legal developments, and breaking news in the Tri Cities area of Tennessee. His emphasis is on evolving stories, breaking news, government announcements, and legal policy regulation related to crime.

Given his focus on local crime stories with a significant portion dedicated to evolving stories and breaking news, reaching out with exclusive updates or new information about ongoing criminal cases or legal proceedings in the Tri Cities area would likely resonate with him. Similarly, providing insights into local government policies related to law enforcement or crime prevention may also be well received.

As for topics covered like Suspected Fraudster and Police Pursuit - these seem aligned with Paul’s interest but are not directly mentioned as part of his themes covered. Therefore pitching ideas around these topics could potentially appeal to him if they relate to current local events within the specified geographic focus.
