A sunitinib-derived Ru(II) hydrazide complex enables ROS-independent immunogenic cell death through multi-target protein engagement. Concurrent inhibition of VEGFR2, NF-κB, and telomerase induces ER–mitochondrial stress and calreticulin exposure. Folate-targeted micellar delivery enhances tumor selectivity and suppresses tumor growth with increased T-cell infiltration in vivo.
