It’s possible that a short-lived tropical depression or Tropical Storm Dolly could still form — but the window for that is narrowing, even as forecasters up its odds.

Tropical Storm Dolly formed Wednesday in the central Atlantic as it continued on a trek toward the far eastern Caribbean.
