Two years after Cesar Sandoval was found with extensive injuries at an intersection in Caldwell and later died, his family is taking legal action to seek justice. Despite the case being described as confusing, the Sandoval family's lawyer disagrees. "I've read the police report, I've looked at the coroner's report, I've looked at witness statements, cell phone records, and most importantly, I knew what his net worth was. What I can tell you is this for sure, there's nothing mysterious about this death," attorney Jeffrey McKinnie said.
