Earlier this week, The Real Deal reported that an entity tied to the mogul closed another deal at the Billionaires' Row supertall, scooping up a 36th-floor condo for roughly $34 million . The sale marks what appears to be his seventh trade at the building, including selling three condos for premiums in 2025.

Buyers signed contracts for 28 homes in the borough asking $4 million or more between Oct. 12 and Oct. 18, according to Olshan Realty. The total, up from 25 pending deals in the previous period , marked another strong week for Manhattan's luxury market following a slow September.
