Not enough data
Slater Teague's coverage predominantly focuses on local news, with an emphasis on sports, government and politics, and crime. Given this focus, pitches to Slater should be centered around local events, community initiatives or responses to incidents such as accidents or criminal activity in the Johnson City area.
As a journalist covering local news in Tennessee with a substantial portion of his coverage dedicated to sports-related content along with government and politics, he would likely appreciate pitches related to these topics. For example, offering insights from local officials or community leaders regarding relevant issues could garner interest.
Since Slater concentrates more on event coverage and breaking news rather than expert commentary or analysis pieces suggest providing newsworthy information that is timely and relevant for the specific geographic area he covers.
