Simon's journey through St. Amelia in Silent Hill: Townfall is an unsettling yet fascinating one, and his means of communicating in a town where he's seemingly alone comes down to something quite simple — picking up the phone. The game features multiple opportunities for you to call various numbers, and while many of them are integral to the story, a handful require a bit more intuition to pick up and act as collectibles akin to the game's Strange Postcards.

With Simon left to traverse St. Amelia alone in Silent Hill: Townfall, figuring out where to go and how to solve many of the game's puzzles comes down to finding and tuning into mysterious CRTV Signals. Once you get a hold of the CRTV, it's up to you to find those signals yourself, and some are a bit off the main path while others help direct you through the story and can't be missed.

As is tradition in these games, Silent Hill: Townfall features a variety of endings that you can achieve based on your actions with Simon and Zoe from one act to the next. Some of those endings depend on how you approach your journey through St. Amelia, whether it's a more docile one that avoids violence and focuses on lore, or one where you simply prefer to fight your way to that ending.

As the temperatures drop and the blood moon rises, the Crimson Eye event returns in grand fashion to Phasmophobia, in probably its best iteration yet. This Halloweeen-esque seasonal event requires players to take on some of the most challenging ghost hunts of the year while in pursuit of an impressive variety of rewards, from character customizations to the event's classic blood moon trophy.

If there's one thing that's abundantly clear in Silver Pines, it's that nothing is as it seems, the truth shrouded in the fog that Red Walker must sift through to find the truth about Eddie Velvet. As you explore the remote town and search for clues about the missing muscian, you'll also come across other items and encounters that, whether you realize it or not, contribute in some way towards the game's various endings.

While it seems like the focus in Nivalis Nights is always about running your businesses and less about your own personal pastimes, something that the game doesn't initially clue you in on is romance and how to form close bonds with Nivalis'locals. If you want to pursue more than professional relationships, the option is definitely there, though you have to kind of figure it out on your own.
