Faced with a 1990s building identified as having a negative impact on the Lower Marsh Conservation Area, Capital 38 and Morgan Real Estate approached us to develop a retrofit which would transform the building into a characterful workspace offering best in class amenities.

Located on Lisbon's iconic Avenida da Liberdade, the new BFI Bank offices were conceived as a refined workplace that reflects the institution's values of trust, prestige, and contemporary excellence. The project involved the complete transformation of an outdated 250 sqm office into a sophisticated, highly functional environment designed to support both client engagement and everyday operations.

SITA's Barcelona workplace was created to support the company's evolving culture and future ambitions through a more connected, collaborative, and people-focused environment. The project transformed two floors into a cohesive workplace designed to strengthen team connectivity, encourage innovation, and enhance employee wellbeing. Central to the brief was the creation of a workplace that balanced focused work with social interaction, providing employees with a range of environments that support different ways of working while fostering a stronger sense of community across the organization.

What should a financial-services workplace feel like? For the Credit Service office, the answer was not formal or transactional, but bright, welcoming and designed around connection.

Located on KG Marg, one of the primary roads leading into Connaught Place, New Delhi, M&A Office transforms a 650 sq.ft. chartered accountancy practice that had remained largely unchanged for almost two decades. The project coincided with an important transition within the firm, as a practice built over fifty years gradually moved into the hands of the next generation. Rather than treating the renovation as a cosmetic upgrade, the project became an opportunity to rethink what a contemporary professional workplace could be.

Designed for KVN Production, a film and media production house, this office interior by Turnkey5.0 reimagines the traditional workplace as a creative hub built for storytelling, collaboration, and speed. The brief called for a space that could support the fast-paced, high-pressure nature of entertainment production while giving the brand a strong physical identity for clients and talent visiting the studio.
