INDIANAPOLIS (WRTV) — Quiet conditions for the first couple of days this week. Rain chances return for the middle part of the week. Temperatures will be slightly below normal for this time of the year.

INDIANAPOLIS (WRTV) — Beautiful weather again today with near normal highs. A cold front moves through Wednesday, bringing a chance for strong thunderstorms to the state. Temperatures continue to climb and get close to 90 for the end of the weekend and early next week.

Strong thunderstorms are possible later this evening across parts of northern and central Indiana. It will be a little more humid with highs into the lower 80s.

A round of showers and storms is on the way in the coming hours. A few areas of patchy fog this morning.

INDIANAPOLIS (WRTV) - A big dome of high pressure in the upper levels of the atmosphere keeps the weather pattern quiet across much of Indiana this week. This will produce some of the hottest air we’ve seen all season.

INDIANAPOLIS (WRTV) — Even though the calendar may say we are in one of the fall months we are going to experience one of the hottest air of the year. Highs this week will be in the middle 90s with heat indices into the triple digits. Limited rain chances until the end of the week and into the weekend.

Heat advisory in place for all of Indiana today with feels like temperatures into the triple digits. There is a chance for a few isolated showers and storms Thursday and Friday.

INDIANAPOLIS (WRTV) — Hot again with highs in the 90s this afternoon. Dry today but more rain chances move into the state Wednesday and Thursday. Temperatures drop closer to normal for the middle of the week.
