BANGOR, Maine (WABI) - High pressure will dominate our forecast for the next several days... keeping us storm free at least through the upcoming weekend!
Our Tuesday will shape up to be another spectacular fall day as strong high pressure builds in from the northwest. We'll see plenty of sunshine with high temperatures in the low to mid-50s north and upper 50s to low 60s elsewhere. Skies will be clear tonight with overnight lows dropping to the upper 20s to mid-30s.

BANGOR, Maine (WABI) - Cooler air has moved in behind yesterday's cold front which will lead to a colder day today. Strong high pressure will build into the area providing us with lots of sunshine. High temperatures will reach the 40s to near 50°. It'll be clear and cold tonight with lows mainly in the 20s. A few upper teens will be possible across the north.
BANGOR, Maine (WABI) - A warm front approaching from the Great Lakes Region will bring us a bit more cloudiness today. We'll still see a good deal of sunshine too with partly to mostly sunny skies expected. After a cold start to the day... temperatures will return to seasonable levels this afternoon with highs in the mid-40s to low 50s. Skies will be clear to partly cloudy tonight. It'll be chilly tonight but not as cold as last night with lows in the 30s thanks to warmer air moving into the mid-levels of the atmosphere.
BANGOR, Maine (WABI) - High pressure will slide to our south and east today... setting us up with a warmer southwest flow which will usher warmer air into the state. Our Thursday looks awesome with plenty of sunshine and temperatures climbing well above average. Highs will top off in the upper 50s to near 60° along the coast and low to mid-60s elsewhere. A cold front will cross the state tonight/early Friday morning. This front will bring us a chance of showers through the overnight however the shower activity is expected to be scattered and light as the front won't have a lot of moisture associated with it. It'll remain on the mild side tonight with lows in the mid-40s to around 50°.
