In 2024, Music is Art relocated – again – to the Outer Harbor at Terminal B. The festival’s origins began in Allentown in 2003, at Robby Takac’s (bassist for The Goo Goo Dolls) music studio parking lot. From there, it made the rounds, including Hamburg Fairgrounds, Albright Knox Art Gallery, Buffalo RiverWorks, virtually (during the pandemic), back to RiverWorks (and River Fest Park), and finally the Outer Harbor.
