“They’re getting an individual, tailored, one-on-one experience that they’re not going to get anywhere else,” owner Kole Elkin said. “We want to teach you how to care for your aquariums because these fish can’t speak, these corals can’t speak.”

The project at the intersection of Hull Street and Otterdale roads that would feature several hundred thousand square feet of commercial space, a hospital and up to 1,000 residential units.

With the anchor grocery store just weeks from opening, construction is essentially complete on the commercial portions of the Midlothian Depot project.
